The difference between Vitamins A, C, D and E

Vitamin A — good for vision and healthy skin. found in liver, eggs and milk. Also found on carrots, sweet potatoes and spinach.

Vitamin C — acts as an antioxidant in the body. Found in most fruit including citrus fruits, berries, kiwi, and broccoli.

Vitamin D — helps the body to absorb calcium and phosphorus. The body can produce its own vitamin D when exposed to Sunlight. Sources of vitamin D include fatty fish, egg yolks, and fortified dairy products.

Vitamin E — It plays a role in immune function and can help to protect against heart disease. Good sources of vitamin E include nuts, seeds, vegetable oils, and leafy greens.
