Make Your Daily Life Constructive

Let your daily self-examination be searching and severe. If you are subject to such faults as anger, passion, impulsiveness, or resentment, examine each of them separately and formulate definite ways to overcome them.

At the close of each day submit yourself to a rigid self-examination to detect such faults. This review of the day should be thorough and deliberate. Know precisely what high motives you have disregarded, what good resolutions you have broken, what admonitions of conscience you have stifled.

Acknowledgement and confession are true means of spiritual attainment. Be quite sure that your life is positive, constructive, and purposeful.

Make it your earnest aim to do something daily which you can measure in tangible results.
