Hi Brandon,
i’ve been doing your workouts a few months now, i’m feeling great.
But there’s one question: to calculate my calories, i have to set my activity level. Is it “high activity”, if i’m working out 5 times a week for 30 minutes (your workouts) or is this just “moderate activity”?
Could you describe the different options of activity, to make it easier which one i have to choose?
