This is a great article on leadership in and out of the kitchen. One point that I would add, humbly, is — A voracious desire to learn new things. I think that modeling that you desire to learn, and by extension, everyone who works here can learn all the time, and emphasizing that you seek critical and positive feedback, not just from your customers, but also from each other, creates an incredible and exciting environment to work in.
