The Tribe Mentality at Work

What matters more — What we build, or how we build it? The tribe mentality suggest the latter. The tribe mentality values people over products. Relationships over outcomes. Peace over profit. The creative pursuit and the only question worth asking.

For communicators, the question isn’t “has it already been said?” Because chances are, it already has. The question is, “has it been heard? Has it really been heard?” Has it been heard in a way that changes the person listening? Has it impacted them? Has it convicted them? Has it moved them to feel something real? Has it set a new path for them? A better path? “Has it been heard?” This is the creative pursuit. Not to say something new, but to say something in a way actually inspire change in the listener.
