It’s a really great post and a really interesting reading.
I don’t know how you feel about it but I feel that when you want to be collaborative that way in organization people think that you can be unorganized or not in control. That some of the stuff that you want are not fully defined…
And if you arrive and try to put that in place, people will look at you and be like: “I don’t get what are you expecting from me? Initiative? come on that’s not my role”
