Your brain naturally determines whether you’ll like or dislike something you’re tasting.

When we taste wine, we often let our emotions and thoughts get in the way.

On any given day (or week), a lacklustre point-of-sale bottle price can appear to conquer stress, boredom, or general overwhelm.

So what is this weird acronym?

HALT stands for Hungry, Angry, Lonely, and Tired.

It’s used in many professions (including by nurses to stop giving patients the wrong medicines when they’re tired).

A self-help group to identify your limiting emotions.

Or an industry where safety mishaps can cost lives.

Is it suitable for too much wine? I’d say yes!
