Thanks Benjamin for another great article. I’m a stickler for grammar and spelling, so the only thing that detracts from your writing is the use of “overtime”. I’m sure you mean “over time”. Overtime as all one word denotes working extra hours whereas “over time” (two words) means over a period of time. Sorry to bother you with this, but every time I see it, it sticks out like a sore thumb. Thanks!
