I’m so sorry :( I didn’t expect my article to make any difference, I was just at my wit’s end and needed to get it all down, because literally no-one there was listening.

I have been contacted by lots of companies like yours who said they are having the same problem and it makes me furious. I will ask the person I am dealing with at HSBC what they recommend you should do and update this article with the response.
