Being Kind and Humble does not make you a lesser being. Be Kind

In this dynamic world we meet different type of people those who make a deliberate choice to make the world a better place to thrive in by being kind and gentle despite their high influence and power while there are those who thrive to make the world a unbearable place to dwell in by acts of unkindness through intimidating and manipulating others by their positions of ‘power’.
Kindness is often mistaken for a weakness, the latter lot often feel so entitled and thrive by downgrading people’s existence. They gain their sense of power and control by downgrading others; Unkindness is a pure act of weakness. This people also build walls so high that they are so unapproachable; every approach to them is hit back whether you choose to be kind to them their responses are always unkind and unwelcoming attitude. This is the lot that make the world so unbearable for others.
This type of people fall victims of misinterpreting kindness for a weakness, they do not seem to understand that for you to gain respect and recognition you don’t have to shout and be unkind to people, in meekness and gentleness you can drive the agenda and still remain the Top Official.
Kindness represents character and values; in kindness you are just being who you are. Who you are is not only defined by the level of power and influence but Character. Character is what defines the attributes of a good leader; therefore character development is very critical. In a twisted worldview characters is not recognised that is why we have unkind people who don’t care about personalities and self improvement.
Leaders don’t loose their authenticity by being good and kind. I have great respect for such leaders, May God daily increase you with wisdom to thrive to make the world a better place by valuing character.
Kindness begets kindness; when you are kind you have nothing to loose the universe rewards you by drawing more kind people towards you. The existence of the unkind eventually fade away, like chaff they will be driven away and will be no more. Mother nature is peaceful and has her way of regenerating; please be careful the next time you feel the urge to throw awful words or offer unkind words, Karma is real.
I always remind those around me that they will never be lesser of beings by being kind. Its a revolutionary world, titles and material things don’t define you. Strive to be a better person no matter how accomplished, we are all in the race. Respect people not for what they are but who they are. We are all God’s children created in the image of God, therefore restrict yourself from biased stereotyping and assumptions and be deliberate in acting kind irrespective of the stage of the race. We are all running the race but at different paces, aspiring to be better persons eventually we get there.
