PickUp Discord Community Management
Admin Role
- Accurately answer any and all community questions in the general channel (if you do not know the answer, contact Eleana).
- Actively answer/close all Discord tickets (if you do not know the answer, contact Eleana).
- When necessary, update any other Discord channel information that is needed by the project. For example #announcements, #gmgn, #winner-announcements and so on.
- Bring important issues to the attention of the Community Lead (Eleana)
- Ensure Discord community remains positive and active (also managing Discord angels).
Angel Role
- Ensure the Discord community remains positive and active with continuous chatter. Keep topics to PickUp, related projects, and the broader Web3 world.
- Bring any issues or problems to the admins.
Payment
- Discord admin will be paid 2–3 Mystery Boxes (boxes containing hundreds/thousands of our native token $BWT) at the end of each week (Friday). Admins must have a zkSync compatible wallet. Outstanding work as an admin will guarantee 3 Mystery Boxes while
- Discord angels will be paid 1–2 Mystery Boxes (boxes containing hundreds/thousands of our native token $BWT) at the end of each week (Friday). Angles must have a zkSync compatible wallet. Outstanding work as an angels will guarantee 2 Mystery Boxes.
