Very interesting exercice… One of the major problems (i.e. what is the most painful) with us poor humans is, in effect, our propension to see ourselves at the center of the universe. Carrying out Zat’s suggested exercice or looking at Carl Sagan’s “pale blue dot” every once in a while provides us the necessary perspective for “happiness” or at least for some “serenity”. Thank you Zat, always enriching reading you!
