Dear Friend,

I am also a passionate hobby-chef, actually since early childhood, having started cooking at the tender age of 4 1/2 when my mother was sick and in bed, with my first scrambled eggs. I cook every day, and enjoy it without limits, learning every day how to evolve my (vegetarian) cuisine to being more and more healthy.
