New Year Wishes Are Like Poisons

Let’s make this year the best of our lives.

It’s time. Life has not been easy, a lot of things have changed; but love, justice, peace and success remain intact. It’s an opportunity for each of us to analyze the past year and create new goals for this year. As we start this New Year, I want to let you know that at some point you have made a difference in my life; unconsciously or consciously, you have contributed positively in my 2013.

As I look back at 2013, I see the successes disguised as challenges. I saw failures and rejections designed in opportunities. So I pause and conclude this: In 2014, when you encounter roadblocks, look beyond what your eyes can see, work harder beyond what your strengths could be and love deeply beyond what your heart is used to. Therefore, you and I might discover love and peace in a place least expected.

We are living in an era of innovation where technology and communications are our fingertips, where more people are starting to believe that we are limitless. To get access to this limitless power we need to stop defining our successes and failures with a car, a relationship, a promotion or a loss. The future is an uncertain paradise; we can only get to it by believing and working to make it better.

I can’t wish you success, love, health, peace because they can’t come by themselves; however, I hope you make good plans for your health, your goals and your spiritual life.

Let’s make this year the best of our lives.
