Negative tax structure is a special system wich is implemented, that benefit holders and motivate new holders to buy and hold our token. As a holder buy any amount of token he will receive additional 3% of tokens to their wallet. When a Holder sells their tokens the 3% will be withdrawn from their wallet and is automatically going to those who need it more. When a user buys our token he will receive additional 3% on top of their purchase in xrps into their wallet.
