Have you ever felt this kind of good?
The feeling good that is bubbly and light inside that makes us forget the time and even the space where we are. The feeling good that comes with clarity and certainty, the sort of good we feel when we take a deep breath, and then another, and another, without thinking about the next thing to do.
People who practice meditation have this feeling, even after 5 minutes they start having this good feeling. Those who practice sports may feel this good, as well, when they have relaxed their tension and disconnected from outside concerns, when they have reconnected with their body and can get energized by the endorphins.
When we do what we love, we also feel this good, we forget we are tired because our energy is endless; in fact, we have more and more energy as we keep doing what we love. Isn’t this mysterious? I think it is. It is mysterious for me to feel this good when I sit down to write.
