16 personality types ranking in MEN vs WOMEN

*All of the data in this post is based on MBTI Manual Supplement and a Youtube channel called Frank James. These numbers are considered to be newest, most updated data taken from surveys conducted by the Myers-Briggs company in 2018.

Before we start, I want to note that this whole thing surrounding which type is the rarest is overall just marketing from websites, Youtube channels to whatever. It doesn’t mean a type is more special than another, it just means this is the result many people get after taking this particular test. So take this for what it is, types and ranking that can change arbitrarily at any time.

I have created a post before this on the new ranking of 16 personality types within the population so go check it out if you’re interested cause it’s very different from this post and also with more explanation as well. As this post might come off as stereotyping men and women, I will only provide the numbers.

Okay so you guys have been waiting for long enough, here is the ranking:

*Introverts VS Extroverts:

→ Men: I — 60.7% VS E — 39.3%

→ Women: I — 61.6% VS E — 38.4%

*S (sensing) types VS N (intuition) types:

→ Men: S — 70.9% VS N — 29.1%

→ Women: S — 66.3% VS N — 33.7%

*F (feeling) types VS T (thinking) types:

→ Men: F — 32.4% VS T — 67.6%

→ Women: F — 61.7% VS T — 38.3%

*J (judging) types vs P (perceiving) types:

→ Men: J — 50.2% VS P — 49.8%

→ Women: J — 54.5% VS P — 45.5%
