You'll still be restricted in similar ways. Your product owner will limit your menu. You might be playing with the "b" team, your equipment might be outdated. Your customer might not give a damn about nuance.

No doubt, you'll need the chops, the basics. There's room for artistry and grace, but that's nothing without the fundamentals.
