Question 5: taxi fees: gates can range from $91 to $111, depending on day, but they vary by company, whether you’re driving for an owner/operator, weekly leases, etc. etc. These days, in the taxi biz, the driver is king. Something to think about for serious drivers… With Uber, you are the piss boy. With taxi, you can create your own scenario.

2nd part: This is a nebulous question. It varies, as you know with Uber. But I’m willing to venture they are pretty similar. We’re all fishing from the same pond and while Uber has a lot of business, there are 9,000 of you out there on any given night…
