Your Daily Check-in

Today’s world of social media and digital technology can sometimes feel overwhelming. Our newsfeed shares a constant stream of articles, photos, videos and notifications all vying for our limited time and attention span.

Sometimes it’s good to take a step back to pause and reflect how we’re doing on a personal level.

This is where Pine comes in.

We built Pine as a mobile app that enables you to take the proverbial step back for a few seconds each day to reflect and answer the question: how are you doing today?

Your daily personal reflection — whether happy, sad or all the emotions in between — will be kept private and confidential viewed only by you.

You can use Pine to encourage your closest friends and family to reflect daily on how they are doing as well. You can send and receive gentle nudges on Pine to your support network, reminding each other to take a step back and check-in on how you’re doing every day.

So go ahead, use Pine as a self-reflection tool and mini-journal and share your journey with your close support network.

Let us know what you think of the experience or if there are additional features you would like to see on Pine.

An early version of Pine is now available for download on the App Store. Visit www.pinehq.com for more information.
