Creating a social media sales funnel that generates $10k monthly involves a strategic approach combining marketing, engagement, and conversion tactics.

Here’s a 3 step-by-step guide strategy that will help you build an effective social media sales funnel:

1. Create and share valuable content on social media consistently.

Market your brand on social media with valuable content in your niche to help establish you as an expert, making you a go-to person for solving your ideal audience’s problems.

Create educational and engaging content such as:

  1. How-to tutorial guides.
  2. Create infographics posts
  3. Share tips, tricks, and hacks in your industry
  4. Create roadmap process guides
  5. Create a list of do’s and don’ts in your industry
  6. Share an inspiring journey of your brand
  7. Share your client success stories for validation
  8. Share case studies to build trust & credibility.
  9. Etc.

Share this type of content on your social media platforms as text content (tweets, threads, Pinterest pins, Instagram posts, Instagram stories & carousel posts) or short-form video content (Instagram & Facebook reels, TikToks, Pinterest videos, or YouTube shorts).

Social media marketing tools:

  • To create social media post graphics use Canva. It’s free.
  • For reels, TikToks & shorts creation use InShot as your video editing app.
  • Use ChatGtp to research your social media content.
  • Use Notion to plan and write your social media content.
  • Use Later to schedule your social media content across all platforms.

2. Giveaway lead magnets or freebies in exchange for your potential clients' or customers’ email addresses.

People love freebies! Incentives attract a targeted audience.

Create valuable lead magnets such as checklists, swipe files, mini ebook guides, worksheets or workbooks, masterclass webinars, planners, templates, prompts, toolkits, and challenges, and offer them to your social media audience in exchange for their email addresses.

Offer lead magnets that are related to your paid offers. This is a great way to build an email list of people who are actually interested in your offers.

Building an email list helps create a connection with your potential clients or customers who will eventually buy your products or services.

When creating a lead magnet focus on these two main things:

  • Who is your target audience and what are their main struggles?
  • What are they looking for and what can you offer to solve their problems and get results?

3. Send email sequences promoting your offers:

With your new email subscribers, create an email sequence for your freebies, this could be a 3–9 part email nurturing your list with more exclusive content and promoting your paid offers with the email sequences.

  • Use the Flodesk email marketing tool to send automated email sequences, promote your products & services, and send daily or weekly email newsletters.
  • Use Google Forms to create your surveys and sign-up forms to gather information for potential clients.
  • Use Calendly for your freelancing services to allow clients to book appointment schedules.
  • Use Notion for planning, organization, and project management.

TL:DR: Share valuable content on social media → Offer lead magnets to attract targeted audience → Promote your offers to your email list → Make sales.
