From sunrises and sunsets to gondola boat rides and wineries, these all American cities are perfect for a heart dropping Valentine’s Day getaway!
What happens when real estate agents get together? Well, to be honest, a lot of things. We talk housing prices, marketing, the ups and downs of a Realtor’s life. But one of the thing we love to chat about, to the point of boasting, is our towns. Cupid has struck us hard in our love for our cities. And who better to ask then us on where to take your special someone for Valentine’s day or a weekend getaway. Here’s are the top ten real estate agent picks!
1.) BOCA RATON, FL
I’ve had a love affair with Boca Raton since I moved here in 1978 and I am not alone! This city is one of the great loves of my life along with my children, my husband and my dogs. I, also, love the color “pink” which conveniently is one of Boca’s signature colors, and, did you know that the color pink happens to be universal for love ? Isn’t that so romantic, which is so Boca. Enjoy colorful sunrises, beautiful walks on pristine beaches, date nights at Mizner Park in Downtown Boca, or you can head over to the original “pink plaza” , The Royal Palm Place! Love is always in the air, especially, around Valentines Day, in the city I call my home…beautiful and fabulous Boca Raton.
2.) CHICAGO, IL
Whether you’re simply here to paint the town red with your sweetheart or want to act like a tourist, there are many places to visit in Chicago, as it has a ton of attractions. A great way to win your guy or gal’s heart is with a scrumptious, yummy, rich, delicious cupcake while walking through the scenic Goldcoast area in Chicago. Who said Valentine’s Day had to put a dent in your pocket? You can take your sweetie to this cupcake ATM machine at Sprinkles and enjoy some dreamy, deliciousness together. Once you two have shared the heavenly and sensational cake, you can then take a stroll through the streets of Magnificent Mile on Michigan Avenue where there are a ton of shops and restaurants. If things get a little heavy from all that walking and yumminess, you can always make a stop at the historic Drake Hotel situated minutes away from that cup cake heaven.
