DAY 3 and the discomforts/cramps are better. Your body is adjusting gradually to the diet. Dont give up, keep pushing. Meal plan posted can be taken by breastfeeding mums but take 1 Lemon and 2 cups water. Snack in between your meals. Do you suffer from Asthma, put some onion juice in water and drink at intervals.
