When personal gyro-transporter is too much

During my visit in Prague I was surprised how many personal gyro-transporters surrounds me — it’s estimated there are ~300 of them in the city. Of course they are not self-owned individual vehicles, rather rented mobility solution for tourists. The problem is already solved via legislation:

Yet, I’m curious if the same will happen with autonomous micro-vehicles…
