Why Learning Angular 2 Was Excruciating
Liz Bennett

I vote for the second option: “the Javascript world will always be sort of a joke, a place where engineering hipsters go to waste time and feel like they’re on the cutting edge of innovation when really, they are living in a world of madness and chaos, throwing hours of productivity down the drain so that they can use the latest and ‘greatest’ tools out there”.

Starting with an untyped, non OOP language such as JS. No matter how kafkhian we want to be on building libraries and frameworks on top of it. It is and will always be a limited toy language. A resource killer. An insecure ecosystem. 90% of the hype is just: hype :)
