How to create your fighting team is one of the most basic skills of any gamers, especially with those who are into strategic ones. It contributes significantly to showing and affirming who you are and at the same time it greatly determines the possibility of winning or losing in matches.

So here are some things you should know before starting building your own team.

1.How many slots are there in your line up ?

Each player has one line-up spot by default, which means you can only utilize one sailor per battle.

However, you can build the most formidable opposition by employing BERI to open up to maximum 5 spots for your squad.

2. What I should consider when building a squad ?

With Piratera, the strength of each sailor alone is insufficient to win the battle. You must construct your own tactic; selecting the proper sailors to compliment one another will greatly increase the superior squad. Each sailor will fit into specific configurations; therefore, calculate the sailors’ configurations to meet your tactical objectives.

Attacking Type

Sailors are separated into 3 other Attacking Types, including Melee, Range and Backstab.

Melee: attacking is blocked by the nearest enemy’s column.

Range: priority target is the first enemy in the same row.

Backstab: attack behind enemies.

Stats

Each Sailor have their own stats: Power, Health, Speed, Armor, Magic resist, Critical chance, Critical Damage

These stats also depend on their quality. Players can use some specific resources to make these numerics better.

Rarity

Sailors with a higher rarity have more efficient Skill and unique play style.

Sailor’s rarity determines how strong it is. The rarer the sailor is, the better stats it provides. The rarity levels of the sailor are arranged in 5 different levels of rarity B, A, S, SR and SSR.
