- Be confident and build confidence.
Don’t expect to produce great work if you don’t feel great. Confidence is a culmination of things you do. So make sure to take care and most importantly respect yourself. - Defer judgement.
Not everyone in the room is a designer, so it is your job as a designer to make everyone feel safe to share their ideas and create a space where people could build on each others ideas. - Ask dumb questions — a lot of them.
Growth and creativity can only be fueled with the desire to learn. - No bullshit
Always tell the truth. Hiding or holding back on the truth never works - Learn to say ‘no’.
You can do anything, but not everything. Your time is valuable make the most out of it. - Fail.
If failure isn’t an option you’re doing something really wrong.

Time, money and most importantly life are not guaranteed. Make sure you’re spending your time, money and the remainder of you life energy on things that really matter.
