The Hot App Hackathon is gearing up on PitchTalk platform, and we’re now onboarding developers. 🛠️ Whether you’re a seasoned coder or a fresh talent, we want you! Dive into challenges, innovate, and show off your skills.
We’ve prepared for you a simple guide on how to register and apply for HOT App hackathon.
Step 1: Visit the Official Website
Start by visiting the HOT App Hackathon page. This page will have all the necessary details about the event, including dates, rules, and what you’ll need to prepare.
Step 2: Read the Guidelines Carefully
Take your time to carefully read through the hackathon guidelines. Pay close attention to the eligibility criteria, event schedule, and the type of projects you can submit. Understanding these details is crucial for a successful application.

Step 3: Register an Account
If you’re new to the platform, you’ll need to register an account. Click on the “Log In” button that is located at the top right of the page. For registration you can use any of the following options:
- Near wallet
- MetaMask
- Phantom Wallet
- OKX Wallet
Step 4: Create a Project
In order to apply for HOT App Hackathon, you need to create a project page. This will serve as your official profile page of a single developer or group of developers.
Fill out the description section by providing information about your technical skills, any previous hackathon experiences, and a brief pitch of your idea.
Please fill out all the required fields in order to create a complete Project’s (profile) page.
Step 5. Apply for HOT App Hackathon
Once Project is created, navigate to the Hackathon section and find the “Submit My Project” button.
Please note that each participant that applied for the HOT App Hackathon will be approved by the review team.
Step 6: Assemble Your Team (Optional)
If you are a team of developers, do not hesitate to mention every team member that will be part of this Hackathon. You can easily do it by:
- Clicking “Go to My Project” button that is located in your personal area.
- Clicking Tab “Team” and then “Add Member”
