Hey everyone! It’s been a while since our last update and without further delays, let’s dive in. With this update, I want to give everyone a heads up to our plans and goals for the rest of the year. Let’s start from the basics:
When PIXBY staking Game?
The PIXBY Game is finished ready to be launched, but as you can tell, it’s a staking game, and Ethereum fees have made it difficult to make simple, smart contract interactions. It will be released in another form after the rebranding is finished.
PIXBY rebranding to Connect
Let’s face it; the “cryptocurrency world” trends are transforming rapidly, and to stay on top, we need to keep up with them. It’s that time when the staking feature should go and get replaced with better real-world use cases. When the next bull run starts, we all need to be in position and ready to onboard new users and make them stay with us. We want a more robust and healthier community that can govern the smart contract by voting!
What will be new use cases and direction for Connect?
- Yield farming. (Earn Connect tokens for locking your collateral in the vault)
- Escrow protocol
- PIXBYDEX
- Connect Swap (0x powered swapping protocol that lets users access all liquidity from 0x network)
Our goal is to have all of these products in one single place. Works on this are already started, and I’ll be sharing updates along the way.
What does this mean for PIXBY holders?
All PIXBY token holders will receive a proportional value of Connect, and since gas fees are quite high lately, we will cover the costs for you! We will also make sure to compensate interest to existing stakeholders.
Any exchange where PIXBY is traded will update the pair to Connect token.
