There are four levels to a product.
1 . Usefulness: Is there a fundamental need for the product? Why does the product exist? This is the foundational level, and typically the domain of the Strategy team.
You’ve tried them all. Early morning. Late night. Home. Coffee shop. Open schedules. Timers. Keyboard. Pen and paper.
