Pixie’s Plea: The Crisis of OtherSpeck Economy
In the heart of OtherSpeck, trouble brews. The once-thriving economy is on the brink of collapse, and Pixie is looking for some strong miners to save the day. Pixie’s magical realm is powered by resources that have dwindled over time, threatening the harmony of OtherSpeck. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to gather resources and craft precious goods to earn the coveted $OTHER currency. If you can help restore balance, you will be rewarded.
How to Play:
1. Where to start: Catch a ride to the OtherSpeck realm via the Hot Air Balloon in Terra Villa Central.
Barney will safely transport you to where you’ll be warmly greeted by Pixie. Pixie will give you the rundown and teach you what you need to know.
2. Resource Gathering Across Environments: Make your way over to the Panel Portals and travel through the 100,000 Otherdeed-inspired specks. There are 29 environments, and each will drop varying amounts of different resources.
Over time, you can begin strategizing around what lands to go to for what you hope to craft!
2. Craft Precious Goods and sell for $OTHER: Once you’ve collected the necessary resources, the crafting phase begins. Convert these raw materials into precious goods that can be sold for $OTHER, the currency Pixie desperately needs to restore balance.
The more $OTHER you earn, the more you contribute to the revival of OtherSpeck’s economy.
Energize for Maximum Gameplay: As any miner knows, energy is essential for the journey. Pixie understands this well. When your energy reserves run low, Pixie has got you covered. At home base, a special energy-boosting charging station awaits.
3. Double the Fun at the Arcade: If the charging station isn’t enough, head to the arcade within OtherSpeck for a quick game of Mushroom Mash. Play every 8 hours to earn OtherShrooms for added energy!
4. Be rewarded for your efforts: At the end of the 28 days, you’ll be able to convert your $OTHER for mystery boxes. The more $OTHER you have, the more boxes you’ll be able to buy. Inside, you have a chance to win $10,000 in prizes, including a MAYC, $APE, in-game prizes and more!
Claim Your Rewards: Pixie’s Massive Prize Pool
Pixie is confident we can regain stability after 28 days. At that time, she will reward participants for their dedication to the cause. Pixie has $10,000 worth of prizes to give away, and will do so in 2 ways:
- There will be a massive assortment of mystery boxes available for purchase with your earned $OTHER. The rewards in these boxes will include a MAYC, $APE, in-game items & more!
- The top earners will automatically be given a rare, one-of-a-kind in-game item.
