I have been SO GOOD at keeping my food log…until Friday. I’ve been super busy helping out with a benefit and we had plans to go to a concert out of town Saturday and I just kind of said screw it when it came to logging food. I went three days without using My Fitness Pal. I wasn’t a horrible glutton, but did eat a lot of sugar. It didn’t make a huge impact regardless, but the most important part is that this Monday morning I got back on track. If I don’t log it, I basically don’t know what I’m eating until I’ve gained 30 pounds. Being mindful and present isn’t one of my strong suits.
