I’ve been drinking more water. Not the 8 glasses a day that is recommended all over the place, but about 5 a day. I’ve also been getting up to pee during the night now, which I don’t like. Sleep is an incredibly valuable resource in this house and I have enough interruptions without adding another one.

I did some reading and there are some who say the big water craze has no data to back it up and is partly a marketing ploy by the bottled water companies. There is a lot more material about drinking more water though. I have a relative who was told she was drinking too much water by her doctor, but I can’t remember how much she was drinking. (Relative…if you’re reading, remind me.)

So much are y’all drinking? And how much are you peeing? I want to find the magic number for myself and sleep through the night when I can.
