How about the Sixers? Mix a vet with their youth to accelerate the rebuild.
Kevin O'Connor

If the Raptors get nervous about offering 31 year old Lowry 200+ million, couldn’t the Sixers just swoop in and offer Lowry a max without giving up anything? I guess Toronto would consider a sign and trade, but the Sixers would likely not give up much to make that happen.

If Toronto flounders in the playoffs, I could see the appeal of Lowry coming home to lead the Process into its competitive phase being an enticing option. Lowry, Simmons, Embiid, Saric, Richaun Holmes!, their #1 pick, as well as cap space to fill out the roster could be a solid playoff team next year.
