I wish people knew that this Mobile Money loans service first appeared in Uganda on Airtel Money, a few months back. I saw it, asked around and was told it was being tested. I took a screen shot and posted on Facebook and asked more people if they had seen it, some had before it was taken.

Now I wonder if Airtel was the first to bring this on the Ugandan market, would it have generated the same conversation? Because be sure as hell and heaven, Airtel loans ( as was called on their USSD platform) will also be launched.
