ELIMINATE LAZINESS




When you look up laziness on wikipedia its described as: “It is a disinclination to activity or exertion despite having the ability to do so.”

I always try to look at the bright side of things, but i cant find anything positive about laziness or procrastination. As the description says you have the energy to do the task you just choose not to do it because of short term pleasure. When you realize that the long term result can create a long term pleasure you start writing an article

Like me in this moment.

So if we are at the same page and you agree that there is no good in laziness lets find out a way to ELIMINATE LAZINESS.

I found an NLP technique called anchoring that is able to help. They say “everything is in the head” and i believe this statement.

Anchoring is simple:

1) remember the feeling when you get lazy and procrastinate

2) break the state by remembering the feeling when you were productive and motivated to finish a task.

Do this a couple of times to learn the desired reaction when in the lazyness state. It about finding motivation and energy.
