That being said, I don’t think there should be any barrier to entry for women in tech. As long as you have the skills anyone should be happy to hire you. Most software companies rely heavily on skill testing, with coding tests administered both online (for example: https://www.testdome.com/) and onsite during the technical interview, gender shouldn’t matter.
