How big is your market and what area of the market are you currently focusing on?
As of right now, our market size is medium, but we are working hard to grow our business internally first then extend our market more. We are currently focusing on small businesses that want to take their business to the next level by us producing ads that we create.
What do you feel is the most important innovation happening right now for your industry?
Social media platforms! Look around us, you would have already seen how powerful social media is to everyone right now. Everything is online and it’s covid-19 proof. We are in a safe marketplace and the right industry at the right time. Extraordinary things such as covid-19 are affecting marketing for people with small businesses, but we are safe here online.
What other products and services are similar to yours and how are you competitive?
Other online video makers that create videos similar to us. However, I can comfidently say that they have templates but they’re no where as near as high quality and creating custom campaigns as we are.
How do you adapt your business to always follow the industry trend?
Do you research! Especially in this online industry where trends are changing almost all the time. We need to make sure that we are up to date and know how our target customers like the work to be done based on the changing trends. We sometime have to change what we are doing a little bit to fit in.
What is the most challenging part of being in the industry?
Scalability being able to reach more people because sometimes some businesses aren’t willing to pay and they don’t see the advantage of creating good video marketing.
