How to Earn POAPs
Planktoons POAP Badges come in three tiers — Common, Rare, and Legendary and may be redeemed for prizes (marketplace dropping May 19th!)
You can show up to any of our events or partner events to earn POAPs.
- Common POAPs are handed out for attendance
- Rare POAPs are usually raffled or handed out for people who added EXTRA JOOCE to the event
- There are only ever 10 legendary POAPs handed out every season (3 month period) and they are given to those for the very lucky or shiny shiny stars in the community (winner of drawing contests, etc.)
You will be assigned a role in our Discord and individually granted POAPs via a claim link that will allow you to mint your POAP.
POAPs are NFTs minted for free on the Gnosis Chain (previously xDai), an Ethereum-based sidechain that uses a proof-of-stake mechanism.
How to Claim $SPANK from POAPs
Several times per season, we will take a snapshot of POAP holders
Check out the below video on how to claim $SPANK from your POAPs. It’s a very straightforward process!
You can see all the POAPs included in the snapshot in the Planktoons dashboard.
Click the Claim $SPANK button (costs gas) and all the $SPANK will be claimed and usable!
