Up until now, the three major income streams for IAP2 in the United States have been member dues, training (licensing fees, now going to the Federation) and the annual conference (now bi-annual, taking turns with Canada). Reaching outward — to people who won’t become members, nor take the training, nor attend the conference — doesn’t really fit into that model. Need a new model.
