Legal issues
LOTEO is working with its legal partners so that it can comply with regulations from around the world and avoid any possible lawbreaking. LOTEO has had several consultations with authorities and commission, and it can receive the required documents to achieve its goal.
That is why LOTEO established a company in Curacao that applied for an online gambling license with a subsidiary in Cyprus. Regarding this structure, LOTEO can receive a global online gambling license. This excludes the USA, as it is prohibited by federal law
We are awaiting the response during the 8 to 12 weeks including some additional feedback discussions if needed.
RNG Certification
Random number generators are the modern application of devices capable of generating ‘random’ numbers that have existed in some form since ancient times.
A true random number generator cannot rely on mathematical equations and computational algorithms to generate a random number, because if there is an equation involved, then it is not random. To get true randomness, a device must collect entropy from the natural environment to collect measurements such as atmospheric and thermal noise and other quantum and electromagnetic phenomena.
Applications that benefit from true randomness are games such as those related to gambling like bingo, card games, the lottery, and similar games.
We at LOTEO focus on the true randomness and therefore we have applied external company for our RNG certificate. Once we obtain the official certificate, it will be submitted as an additional document to achieve the license in Curacao. The expected time frame is 4–6 weeks.
Platform status
Regards to platform status we are currently working on the web version expected to be finished by the end of the March.
As per the Minimum Valuable product, the first version of the testing platform will be ready from the 1st of April 2019.
The soft launch is estimated from 1st of May and hard launch from 1St of June 2019.

As digital marketing evolves, we continue to see trends favoring video. The LOTEO team focus is “follow the trend,” and that’s why we are also preparing video advertisement. We know our community is curious and here you can see a small video picture. The deadline for this activity is planned for the 1st of March.
PRIVATE FUNDING
Nowadays, we are still in discussion with more private investors, and 20 % of the funds have been obtained.
If you are interested in being one of them be aware that the deadline is until 30 of April with the thresholds 50 % of the tokens or 2,5 mil EUR.

BUG BOUNTY
A bug bounty program is a deal offered by many websites and software developers by which individuals can receive recognition and compensation for reporting bugs, especially those pertaining to exploits and vulnerabilities. These programs allow the developers to discover and resolve bugs before the general public is aware of them, preventing incidents of widespread abuse.
Our Bug Bounty partner is well-known company Hacktrophy — ethical hackers which are the first entity offering bug bounty program in middle Europe.
This activity is currently on hold and waiting for the soft launch.

As per the public relation, we have created all the social media accounts including Reddit and BTC Talk and have started to communicate to the public our vision.
