In early November we launched PingRoll as a self service product. Since then, we’ve had almost a thousand customers activate and use PingRoll to help them grow their business by collecting more emails.
Prevailing wisdom is that its “better” if Product Managers are technical. Not necessarily computer scientists or previously been engineers, but being able to code somewhat.
As Marketing becomes more technical and Product teams become more Growth orientated, I think there’ll be a rise of a new discipline: Growth Management.
