Personal trainer Leon Lambert has more than eight years of experience. Since he was a young child, Leon has been passionate about living a healthy lifestyle that centers around exercise. Leon holds a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Delaware State University. As a result of his coursework and prior personal training experience, he has a thorough knowledge of how the body functions and the different types of bodies. With a second degree in occupational therapy, Leon is qualified to handle any kind of injury. He has been a personal trainer for six years and has taught a variety of group classes, including kickboxing and high-intensity interval training. Leon is qualified to assist you in achieving your objectives. His guiding principle for personal training is that it should be enjoyable and include lots of movement that is useful for daily life. According to Leon, we practice to compete for a healthy, longer life. Life is our sport. To effectively push and guide his clients toward their goals, he believes in adapting to their strengths and weaknesses. No two clients are alike, in Leon’s opinion. Because you only have one body, Leon believes in nourishing and supporting it through effective diet and exercise. His catchphrase is that in order to go someplace you’ve never been, you have to do something you’ve never done. Leon is eager to get to know you all and to offer you a wholesome, secure, and unflappable environment where you can achieve all of your objectives.
