Perfect is imagination

Everything after waking up is far from that

to make matters worse, we highly underestimate the effort that is required to get closer to desired outcome. And we overestimate the power of blaming someone as a method of achiving perfection.

No wonder then, companies do not invest in building adoption techniques & methods. What is called an induction program is not adoption program, neither is it emergence program. Nothing happens there, its just a tell session, no one adopts, no one emerges any better. Mostly in our imagination, we have accomplished a perfect hire, till things fall and then we will play our second favourite, “the blame”. And then back to searching next perfect hire.

For a year just hire randomly, candidates who appear in order of prime numbers. Then make it work, do not worry “blame” can still be exercised. I anticipate that lot of your processes will turn good.

Or there is a less risky options, just imagine that you have hired randomly, even if all screening was at play. Now build adoption methods for the dummies. Say everything, enough, in bold and larger fonts.

Grow together as a team towards desired outcomes, leave perfect where it was…….in imagination.
