This wasn’t very helpful. Showing one drawing of an ideal work balance does little to help those of us who cannot necessarily push back on all of our projects, and spend tons of time off-site for charity work and lectures. Maybe more tips on *how* to negotiate better deadlines? Set boundaries? Pad deadlines?
