This mixes up occupation with domestic law. Domestically, all Israeli citizens have the same rights, whether they are Palestinian Arabs, Bedouin, Druze, Christians or Druze.

In a hostile occupied area military law is in effect.

20% of Israel proper is Arab, and those people have the same laws as Israeli Jews. There is of course discrimination and bias as in all countries, but none of this applies.

In South Africa, the opposite was true. Regular citizens were blocked and limited within the country, with no military necessity or hostile force attempting to destroy SA.
