This article has articulated my feelings and mirrored my experience with OOP almost exactly. This line really summed it up for me:

“ Fitting every problem into the mold of classes felt like playing a fool’s game with no right answers.”

Thank you for writing this. Maybe it’s time I really started looking into another programming paradigm and free myself from the bondage of OOP!
