In the US you need $100K MRR growing at least 20% MoM to raise seed.

MRR is obviously better — but I think it’s possible to raise a seed round with cumulative 100K revs. At this point, it would only be a few months of operations, so the resulting ARR is higher than 100K.
It also depends on what people call seed rounds any more…
