I researched this space in the fall. Biggest takeaways are:

  1. Large and fragmented market
  2. SaaS model is an excellent fit
  3. Self-serve, consumer-like sales/distribution strategies work
  4. It’s possible to to take a ‘steering wheel’ approach to build add on services and increase ASP.
