Re: Animating the Pixel Density Video

The Pixel Density video — and tons of similar ones from the Sketch Master courses — were designed in Sketch and animated in Flinto. I just set up each step of the animation like storyboards in Flinto and had them automatically animate between each other with custom transitions. The screens in Flinto were the dimensions of the final video — either 1080p or my computer’s resolution. I then played the prototype full-screen on my laptop and used a screen recording tool, although Flinto now has its own recording feature too. I plan to write an article about this workflow in the coming months, as I think it’s so cool to be able to make relatively complex animations so quickly in Flinto’s transition designer.
